These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Love Days app and website (the "Service"), provided by LTV Software Company Limited. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Love Days. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Love Days for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the app-store terms that apply to your download.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or spaces that are not yours.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add (names, dates, events, memories). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and any partner you link with. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to add it.
6. Purchases & Love Days Pro
Love Days may offer paid features ("Love Days Pro"). Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Prices are shown before purchase. Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable — refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. If Pro is offered as a subscription, it renews per the terms shown at purchase and can be managed or cancelled in your app-store account settings.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any unavailability or data loss to the extent permitted by law; please keep your own records of important dates.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LTV Software Company Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Vietnam, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
