This Privacy Policy explains how LTV Software Company Limited ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Love Days mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"). We built Love Days to be private by design — your relationship is yours.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information. When you create an account we use our authentication provider (Clerk) to store your email address and a secure credential. We do not store your password ourselves.
- Relationship content. The data you add in the app — your and your partner's display names, your relationship start date, events and milestones (titles, dates, emoji), your chosen theme, memories, and reminder preferences.
- Couple linking. If you connect with your partner, we process an invite code used to link your two accounts to a shared, private "space".
Information collected automatically
- Device & technical data. Device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone (used to schedule reminders correctly), and IP address (seen by our servers when the app makes network requests).
- Push token. If you enable notifications, a push token issued by Apple or Google so we can deliver milestone and reminder notifications.
- Diagnostics & usage. If enabled, aggregated crash reports and anonymized product-usage events that help us fix bugs and improve features.
Purchases
If you buy Love Days Pro, the payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We (and our purchase provider, RevenueCat) receive a purchase receipt and subscription/entitlement status to unlock Pro features. We never receive your full payment-card details.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the core service — counting your days, events, milestones, and reminders.
- To sync your data across your devices and with your linked partner.
- To send notifications you have enabled.
- To process and restore purchases and unlock Pro features.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix bugs.
- To respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your relationship content for advertising.
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the app), based on your consent (e.g., notifications and optional analytics), and for our legitimate interests (security and improving the Service). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Service providers we share data with
We share limited data with vendors who process it on our behalf, under contract:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and relationship data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal obligations (e.g., purchase records). 6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). On your device, data is stored in the platform's secure storage. While no method is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. International transfers
We are based in Vietnam, and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Children
Love Days is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can edit most data directly in the app, and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). To exercise other rights, email us at hi@lovesince.app.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated in the app.
