You can delete your Love Days account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and how to request it — in the app or by email.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open Love Days and go to Settings.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and relationship data are permanently removed.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email hi@lovesince.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my Love Days account". We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we proceed.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials;
- Your relationship data — partner names, start date, events, milestones, memories, themes, and reminder preferences;
- Your couple space and any invite codes you created;
- Your notification/push tokens and app preferences.
What we may keep
We may retain a limited amount of information where we are legally required to — for example, transaction and purchase records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. Purchases and subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; to stop a subscription, also cancel it in your app-store account settings.
Deleting a partner link only
If you only want to disconnect from your partner (without deleting your account), you can leave the shared space from Settings → Connect with your partner. Your own data stays intact.
